•  Passengers must carry passport and picture id (believe me some forget them)
  

File with FSS or US customs date and time to go back to the U S
That will save you u.s.$ 5000 in fines if you arrive after

Contact every tower control field that you're close to (VFR only they like to know you're there)

AFTER LANDING AT SAN FELIPE

•  Expect a military routine inspection...for free   
•  Passengers direct to immigration and customs...tourist cards $ 21.00 each
•  Pilot direct to fill up an arrival report at dispatch...(ask for a cab)
•  Pilot to immigration & customs...(gather 3 stamps)
•  Mexican airspace fee $50.00 (multiple entry now available in Mexican International Airports)
  
•  Head back to dispatch       
•  Enjoy San Felipe

Landing fees:  $8.00 single engine only, $16.00 twin, $25.00 jet

LEAVING SAN FELIPE

•  Deliver your general declaration (that's one of the reasons to stop in a AOE before leaving Mexico)
•  Fill up a flight plan (dispatch)
